Mr. Marble focuses his practice on the representation of clients with serious, complex and catastrophic injuries from automobile accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, and general negligence. With that focus, Mr. Marble has successfully litigated cases in the United States District Court and New York State Supreme Courts in Western New York. Mr. Marble has tried numerous cases to verdict in these areas. Mr. Marble spent more than a decade working for one of Western New York's larger personal injury law firms, gaining the knowledge and experience that he now uses to secure the best possible results for his clients.
Mr. Marble also practices in the area of general litigation including corporations, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, criminal defense, DWI defense, real estate, estates, social security disability and matrimonial and family law, tax matters, trademarks, and immigration.
Mr. Marble is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University. He is member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Niagara County Bar Association.
Mr. Marble was also actively involved in the University at Buffalo Law School Trial Technique program in 2010 and 2011. He assisted the instructor in teaching the second and third year law students the skills, rules and procedures necessary to try a case from the beginning of the trial through the jury’s verdict.
On November 17, 2009, the Lockport Town Board appointed Mr. Marble as their Town Prosecutor. He is responsible for the prosecution of cases involving vehicle and traffic law violations, possession of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol, harassment in the second degree and violations of the local and New York State Building Code.
Mr. Marble is an at large member of the Board of Directors for the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County, which is responsible for all 4-H programs within the county as well as the Niagara County Fair.
In 2016, Mr. Marble was named Niagara’s 12 under 40 by Leadership Niagara, the Niagara Gazette and the Lockport Union Sun and Journal, which recognized his contributions as an attorney as well as in the community.
In 2017 and 2018, Mr. Marble was named a Super Lawyer – Rising Star in the field of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury.
Mr. Marble resides in the Town of Lockport with his wife Joanna and their four children, Andrew, Izabella, Addison and Carter.
